Allow 3-4 weeks from payment to dispatch as these are custom made to order. Then add approx 7-10 days for freight depending on your location.

However if you require it for a particular date please check before ordering because we do have busy periods.

Not the full kit but our Plans are available for purchase to supply and build your cubby in USA, UK, New Zealand and Overseas. These also include instructions.

Your Cubby is packaged on a large pallet.  The kit is labelled and strapped together in smaller bundles. It is completely wrapped in black plastic for shipping.

Yes we can arrange delivery to residential areas for an additional fee. Please email us your address for a quote.

No. Your Cubby comes on a custom built pallet.  They are 1200mm wide x 2400-3000mm long.  Height ranges from 300-800mm high.

Yes, it is supplied in kit form with the timber already cut and hardware parts needed to build it; screws, glue, bolts etc. Your builder will need to bring tools.

Australian LOSP treated pinewood which makes it safe for children.

Yes, just like a house, your Cubby is kept better if it has a coat of paint.  We recommend it is either painted or oiled for lasting durability.

Your Cubby kit needs to be Paid in FULL before it can be allocated a factory slot.  Layby payments need to be made in TOTAL prior to your Cubby being dispatched.  We will email you once your order is placed, so please contact us if you havent heard from us

If the cubby is pictured with a Slide, Rockwall or Climbnet, these ARE included in the price. Extras that are not included such as steering wheel, telescope, binoculars, etc. are additional & can be purchased with the Cubby if you wish.

Yes, your builder can easily change items around as it’s assembled but bear in mind the instructions are written for the image/cubby as you see it.

Yes we will send your tracking number when your cubby is despatched

Christmas orders need to be placed and paid by the end of SEPTEMBER at the latest as this is our extremely busy period. The factory has a queue and you will be allocated a manufacturing slot. Freight is also slower at this time of year. 

Yes – you will need to complete our Layby Form by JULY or before early in the year, as orders with full payment get priority. Your Cubby cannot be dispatched until FULL payment is received.

The Cubby kit is neatly wrapped completely in black plastic and looks great with a simple bow, ribbon or coloured paper across the top.  Or if you print a Picture of your cubby off our website and place it on top it will be well received!

They are designed to stand directly on the dirt or grass ground.  The surface will need to be level, or legs can be notched to suit a slope.

Sand or concrete pad also work as an ideal surface.

Our Cubbies are self standing due to their significant weight and sturdy quality construction.

They can be anchored with additional bolts if you wish.

Yes, we can deliver anywhere Australia wide. It is a 2 stage shipping consignment

1. Freight to your nearest Toll Depot (see website to calculate shipping)

2. We arrange HIAB truck delivery from the Depot to your driveway (additional, please contact us)
